IHR’s Question 2 Project Specialist provides state-wide coordination of the Youth Drug Awareness Program required when a youth receives a citation for possession of two ounces or less of marijuana.

In addition, the Drug Education class is now being offered to youth under the age of 18 who may not have received a citation but are identified by school personnel and/or caregivers as high risk in using drugs/alcohol.
