Project YESS will enhance and expand comprehensive treatment, early intervention, and recovery support services for adolescents and transitional aged youth, ages 12-20, at risk for or with substance use disorder (SUD) or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders (COD), and their families who reside in Worcester County, Massachusetts (MA). Project YESS staff will use emerging/promising practice “Project Amp” mentorship model as well as evidence-based practice Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA) to support youth. We will collaborate with LUK in Worcester County. We will prioritize youth of color, bilingual youth, females and LGBTQ youth and their families and caregivers.
