The Malden SAFE Team at Malden High School provides diversion, intervention, and treatment services to address substance use risk, substance use, and co-occurring mental health needs for students and reduces barriers and access to intervention and treatment services. Malden SAFE is a program of the Institute for Health and Recovery and made possible by the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS).
