Healthy Malden & Everett

Healthy ME

Healthy ME is designed to mitigate risk and address substance use in young people in Malden and Everett.

We will provide case management and utilize evidence-based prevention groups in schools or other community-based settings, and we plan to support local infrastructure by working with and connecting existing community stakeholders, coalitions, and networks to ensure that Healthy ME’s prevention efforts can be sustained.

We will conduct a comprehensive needs assessment with both the Malden and Everett communities, and develop an advisory board consisting of stakeholders within the two communities.

Healthy ME is aiming to serve 200 youth and young adults (aged 13–24) who are at high risk for substance use and HIV and Viral Hepatitis.
